After placing the order, we must have time to prepare the appropriate portions of the diet variant you choose. Orders placed on a given day by 21:00 may be processed the next day. The date you mark is the date you will start the diet. You will receive the delivery of meals on the day before the marked start date of the diet. If the driver shows up at a given time on a given day, it means that the route is going in such a way that there will be plus or minus 1 hour difference from that time on each delivery day.
Nothing easier. All you need to do is contact us by phone and inform the day before about your absence by phone, or make changes via the mobile application. Then we do not prepare portions for you that day and of course nothing is lost, and the deliveries are carried over to the following days.
Unfortunately not. Our drivers operate fixed routes. Delivery times depend on the number of orders on a given day on a given route and are approximate every day.
In such cases, we arrange to leave packages in a place agreed with customers. It can be at the door, on the door handle, at the neighbor’s, in the local store, in the utility room, car trunk, behind a flowerpot in bushes, etc. It is important that the customer selects this place and only he knows that the shipment is for him. After delivery in this way, we are then not responsible for whether the package is received intact by the customer.
Depending on what the ingredients are and whether the list is too long. We try to do it for a price when it comes to 1-2 items. If it turns out that the list of changes is too long, we treat it as a personalized diet, the costs of which are much higher, depending on the degree of difficulty of personalization. In such cases, you should make an appointment with us by phone to determine the dependencies resulting from the given exclusions in the menu.
You can easily change the delivery address via the mobile application or from the customer panel. You can also contact us by phone to arrange the details of the changes. If the new address is in the area of our deliveries, it is not a problem, the condition is that we know about such a change at least 24 hours before the planned delivery on a given day. If the new address exceeds the delivery area, please consult us by phone to find a compromise.
Many customers decide to deliver only on weekdays, i.e. from Monday to Friday, deliveries then take place from Sunday to Thursday. If the customer also orders meals for the weekend, both packages, i.e. for Saturday and Sunday, are delivered on Fridays because Saturday is a non-working day for us.
